Manager Corporate Sales will operate as the B2B business consultant for the corporate clients of Glamp.

Manager should have a strong grip on the market landscape, should be able to open doors at new clients and expand the existing portfolio.

What does a Manager Corporate Sales do?

1. Develop corporate packs, sales kit and outreach program in coordination with management

2. Meeting monthly assigned Sales/Revenue by selling offerings /services of Glamp Negotiate/close deals and handle client feedback.

3. Meeting Retention & Recovery Targets of assigned portfolio.

4. Have basic knowledge of Glamping and tourism services offered in the industry

5. Meeting New Sales Revenue Targets by actively seeking out for new sales opportunities by conducting market research to identify selling possibilities.

6. Evaluating customer needs and proposing services from the current portfolio or helping the product team develop client specific packages.

7. Business development by bringing new corporate, Tour operators, Embassies accounts on board ensuring the compliance procedures.

8. Focus on big wins for strong footing in Large Accounts sector.

9. Completion of physical visits to new accounts & resolution of any issues in coordination with relevant teams

10. Work in continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders like Customer Experience, Site Operations, finance etc

11. Represent glamp in external exhibitions or conferences and help establishing ties with potential clients


Requirements 

1. Bachelor or Masters Degree from an HEC recognized institution (Preferably a hospitality/ tourism and Business mix)

2. At least 2 to 3 years of selling experience in corporate sector

3. Basic level understanding of emerging tourism verticals i.e. Eco- tourusim, adventure tourism, glamping, etc

4. We are looking for a candidate who is dynamic, assertive, persistent, and motivated to identify opportunities of glamp services in corporate Sector

5. Candidate must have selling, negotiation, presentation skills to deliver his point of view to potential prospects and internal management. Must be specialized in Portfolio Management.

6. Have excellent market orientation of corporate segment.

7. Position will be based in Islamabad with occasional or extensive traveling
