:We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents. As a member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their tracking and technology-related inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries and concerns.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for VALS Tracking solutions.
- Document and report customer feedback and issues to relevant departments.
- Work collaboratively with team members across shifts to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient, polite, and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Graduation from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including night and weekend shifts.
- Basic understanding of tracking technology and software is a plus but not required.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
