We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Vanity Salon & Spa. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience across multiple platforms. You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, increasing customer loyalty, and driving foot traffic to our salon locations in Karachi, Lahore & Faisalabad.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract new customers.
Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Create and curate engaging content (including text, image, and video) tailored to each platform and target audience.
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and industry news, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content and strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends, and recommend innovative approaches to reach our target audience effectively.
Coordinate with salon managers and staff to showcase services, promotions, and events through social media channels.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
Monitor competitors' social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Passion for the beauty industry and staying abreast of beauty trends and innovations.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
Flexibility to travel occasionally to salon locations in [three cities] for content creation and special events.
