MERN Stack Software Engineer

As a Senior MERN Stack Engineer at Vantadev, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications that meet our clients' needs. You will also mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Implement responsive user interfaces using React.js.
Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Integrate third-party services and APIs.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of the applications.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in web development using the MERN stack.
Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
Experience with React.js and Redux for building applications.
Strong understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Certification in relevant technologies is a plus.
Ability to work in an Agile development environment, adapting to changing requirements and collaborating with diverse teams.
