As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for pitching new trucking companies and truck drivers for dispatch services, ensuring the growth and success of our platform. Your primary focus will be to pitch our services, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential trucking companies and truck drivers to target for onboarding onto our platform.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of trucking companies and drivers, showcasing the benefits of our platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the trucking industry through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure partnerships with trucking companies and drivers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress, and provide regular reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

  • Applicants with a strong understanding of the USA trucking market and trends will be preferred.
  • Fluent in English
  • Can able to join immediately
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use MS Word and MS PowerPoint efficiently. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the trucking industry and its key players is a plus.
