Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of The successful candidate will be responsible for payment forecasting, financial planning, budgeting, and analysis of the company's financial performance. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the financial operations of Vegas.pk, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitor and report on financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies and growth plans.
Manage and coordinate financial audits and reviews by external auditors.
Manage the payment forecasting process, ensuring that payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate financial risks and implement appropriate controls.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a financial management role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools.
Experience working with payment gateways and managing payment forecasting processes.
Experience working in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
