Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- As an integral part of our IT support operations, you will provide essential assistance in ensuring the seamless functioning of our infrastructure.
- If you are a recent graduate or have limited professional experience but possess a strong technical aptitude, we want to hear from you!
Ensure the smooth functioning, support, and maintenance of various infrastructure components, including:
- Point of Sales.
- Desktop & Laptop Systems.
- Printers.
- Routers and Network Accessories.
- CCTV & Surveillance equipment’s & UPS.
Timely resolution of Helpdesk Tickets (IT Related issues).
- Support the administration of Office 365.
- Assist in managing the IT Section of NetSuite.
- Actively monitor and maintain the alarm system.
- Assist in the development of audit reports.
