Veripark Software Solutions Ltd is searching for a dynamic and versatile Human Resource Manager for its Karachi office.

The incumbent should have the below competencies and qualities to help us create and maintain excellent working environment

At least six years of proven experience in a similar capacity (software house experience preferred)
Masters or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Develop and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures
