Manage pool of resources assigned to multiple customers and locations
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience
Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction
Keep track of key account metrics

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sustainable growth
Travel abroad required: 30-50%

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in similar role with technical background
Passionate about finding the right solutions for customers
Extensive interpersonal & planning skills and cross-group coordination at all levels
Self-motivated team player
Ability to work several diverse projects and clients at the same time
Ability to Multi-Task with good analytical skills
Ability to clearly define goals/milestones, with a strong track record of delivery
Demonstrated ability to synthesize broad and complex information
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
Experience of project management tools and presentation software desired
Enthusiastic team-player as well as a self-motivated
Innovative, open minded and proactive
