As a software quality assurance (SQA) specialist, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and executing software test plan and test cases that are leading the way in assuring high quality.

We are looking for SQA specialists with experience in testing banking applications such as internet banking, mobile banking, CRM and loan origination.

Roles & Responsibilities and Job Requirements

Below are the job requirements along with roles and responsibilities. Quality Assurance

- Minimum 5 years of working experience

- Minimum 3 years of banking applications experience

- Developing test plan and test cases

- Executing test cases

- Detailed defect reporting

- Analyze test results to assure quality of existing and new functionalities

- Excellent skills in documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)

- Developing traceability matrixes

* Experience on testing automation and security testing is a plus.

** Hands on experience on testing of mobile/tablet devices and platforms like android, iOS and windows is a plus.

Requirements Gathering

- Attending requirement gathering sessions.

- Writing SRS/FS documents.

Sales

- Reviewing sales proposals for quality and applying checklists

- Conducting sales demos to prospect customers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain effective communication with the project software engineers.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Self-motivated to do process improvements by using latest technology and tools.

- Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

- Attention to detail, positive attitude under stress.

Position requires project travel to off-site client locations. Candidates should be able to travel during project duration. Applicants fulfilling the above criteria only need to apply
