We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Operator/Account Executive to join our team at [VESTER CERVATI]. - Manage customer accounts, including account creation, updates, and inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product information and promotions are accurately reflected on the website.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer trends as needed.
- Assist in other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
