We are looking for a dedicated and proactive full-time educator to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the Cambridge curriculum while integrating Islamic values. This role requires fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, actively participating in school assemblies, activities, and events, and maintaining discipline according to the institution’s policies. The position is on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs70,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform duties during assembly, break time, and home time with diligence, actively engaging in school assemblies, activities, and events.
- Plan and implement effective classroom management strategies to uphold discipline in line with the institution’s policies.
- Create and maintain a safe, orderly, and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being.
- Prepare and deliver lessons that appropriately integrate Islamic values within the Cambridge curriculum framework.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with subject schemes of work based on Cambridge standards, utilizing suitable teaching methods and resources.
- Incorporate technology and digital tools to enhance instructional delivery and increase student engagement.
- Ensure students acquire, consolidate, and demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and understanding relevant to the subjects taught.
- Monitor students’ classwork and homework, providing constructive oral and written feedback to support their progress toward learning targets.

Required Qualifications

- Proven teaching experience, preferably within the Cambridge curriculum framework.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain discipline effectively.
- Ability to integrate Islamic principles into lesson planning and delivery.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to support teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication skills to provide meaningful feedback and engage students effectively.
