We are posting this ad on behalf of our client who is a renowned brand in the field of cosmetic and skin care
Key Responsibilities
- Create highly engaging animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web. Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (marketing collateral, eLearning, websites.)
- Assist in the creation of animation storyboards
- Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic projects
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles
- Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design
- Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work
Skills and Qualities:
- As well as being extremely driven and having a desire to develop your skill set and grow with this company, the candidate must have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Key Qualifications:
- Strong Adobe After Effects skills, ideally with demonstrable experience in motion graphics
- Strong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
- Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range or varied styles and techniques
- Ability to create high quality content from a loose or constrained brief with short deadlines
- Good understanding of video and formats, compression techniques and format requirements/constraints
- Interface design skills preferable
- Good 3D package skills, including modelling, texturing and animation
- Strong Adobe Premiere and Adobe Audition skills
- Experience with a variety of 3rd party motion graphic plugins
