Responsibilities

The Lead designs the tests to be implemented by lower staff, then translates the results to a client and upper management along with recommendations.
He may also be responsible for confirming the continued quality of software by running systematic tests at random intervals to confirm there are no bugs or security violations.
Design comprehensive and efficient test strategy as part of product release cycle.
Lead SQA activities in product release testing, including test preparation, test case review, on-time execution, and reporting to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Completed Bachelors degree from a reputed institution.
Minimum 5 years of SQA experience.
Hands-on with Test Life Cycle, test planning, execution, and reporting.
Experience with both Manual & Automation Testing
