VIGILANT MEDICAL BILLING AND CODING SERVICES requires offshore "Customer Support Executives" for its inbound operations in the night shift.
- Handling customers Inbound Calls & Email Correspondence are the major tasks.
- Needs to perform business requirements & trend analysis for client satisfaction & profitability.
- Excellent English communication skills required with preference given to candidates with American accent.
- Job includes Pure Customer Service and Sales Operations for our international clients.
- Candidate will take customer calls and attend to their needs.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the proven ability to manage priorities in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Attend patient calls and answer their queries in very coterminously ways.
- Process patients credit card payments via phone and enter the same in system and spreadsheet.
- This is an evening/night shift job, only apply if one can work according to USA business hours.
- Make sales and related calls as assigned by the supervisor.
- This is a full time job with grantee monthly salary and chances of earning commission based on successful sales.
