We are a Dubai-based startup with a development office in Rawalpindi.
We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer, proficient in developing APIs with SOLID principles. You must be aware of API Development best practices, unit testing, Swagger or Open API 3.0 specs, etc.
- We are looking for an excellent Senior Developer who is proficient in Node JS.
- Your primary focus will be the development of a secure Restful API.
- You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure
- Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, build process, testing, and operations.
- Must have hands-on experience with testing suits such as Mocha, Chai, Jest etc
- Must be able to demonstrate its projects.
- Must have knowledge of API specifications, especially Open API 3.0.
- Experience of working with Microsercies architecture would be preferred
- Working knowledge of AWS products is a plus
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum experience 4 years
- NodeJS, MongoDB, Express, Unit Testing, Typescript, GIT, etc
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD
- Experience in leading, training small teams, and managing the complete project from design-development to deployment.
- Deploy applications on AWS/ or other clouds with the ability to quickly debug hosting related issues
