Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Academics to lead curriculum development initiatives and build the capacity and skill of teachers across our schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive curriculum frameworks for Metric, FSC, O & A Levels.

1. Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and curriculum specialists.

2. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities for teachers.

3. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of existing curriculum materials and teaching methodologies.

4. Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, examination boards, and professional organizations.

5. Monitor academic performance data, track student progress, and do targeted interventions.

6. Represent The National School in academic forums, conferences, and professional networks

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Curriculum Development, Educational Leadership, or a related field. MA/ MSc. With 15 plus years of relevant experience.

• In-depth knowledge of the Metric, FSC, O & A Levels curriculum frameworks, assessment methodologies, and examination requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
