Join our team as an Internal Auditor at ParkViewCity, a leading real estate development company. As an internal auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, identifying risks, and enhancing internal controls within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes.
Implementing risk assessment methodologies, in collaboration with senior management.
Detailed testing of financial data, transactions, and documentation to identify discrepancies errors, or irregularities.
Prepare audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
Communicate audit results and recommendations to the management.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in auditing and real estate.
Collaborate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, as necessary to facilitate audits and compliance reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, CA Inter / Finalist, CIA or related field or advance degree preferred.
Proven experience of 5 years in internal auditing, preferably within the real estate industry.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in financial data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
