Maintain records and receipts for all daily transaction.
Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
Monitor all bank deposits and payments and report closing balance to the head on daily basis.
Provide the updated Bank Statement to ERP Team on daily basis.
Reconcile bank statements
Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.
Prepare payments for Vendors and Import Contracts after verifying all the supporting evidence with invoice.
Disburse Salaries to Staff and Production Employees.
Assist in budget preparation and management activities.
Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.
Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholder.
