Customer Support Representative

Our Sayers Common office is our Marketplace hub and from here we run 15 classified websites focusing on niche industries. Be it boats, caravans, guns or adult services, we cater for all of our customers in a safe, and ever improving, online environment.

We need talented, dynamic and self motivated individual to support our business development team. The person is required to generate business leads in online sites for US market . The person should be a strong contributor and must take ownership of their work.

The candidate should have

Bachelors degree
Min 2+ yrs of online Lead Generation experience
Excellent verbal and written communication
Business Research, Keywords Research
Deep information of various Data research and information tools like Hoovers, LinkedIn, Zoominfo
Experience on standard website analysis tools like Google Analytic, Webmaster tools.

Responsibilities:

Explore the US market, identify potential clients for various Industries for various verticals
Generate leads from US market and build contact database through extensive web research, internet marketing, referencing etc.
Strong person and business research skills on the internet
Analyze and discuss business requirements with client and build strong relationship.
Set appointments for sales manager or director of business development.
A get go aptitude with passion for online sales.
