• Being part of the management team, you will be responsible for the marketing, sales, digital and communications strategy of the business.
  • Based on the strategy, prepare marketing plans, create a calendar of campaigns, projects, content and communications, set the marketing budget and analyze the market and competitors.
  • Lead, develop and execute all in-club and digital acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Use data to drive decision making, placing the customer at the heart of everything you do.
  • Develop our digital marketing infrastructure to enable a seamless customer experience both in center and online.
  • Lead all Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) revenue generation and direct the sales effort across the business.
  • Regular reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, marketing spends, ROI and recommendations on new ways to drive improvement in revenue generation.
  • Plan, design and execute all marketing campaigns and promotions across paid, earned and owned channels.
  • Take ownership and development of the brand, tone of voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Drive our B2B proposition through a robust PR and communications strategy.
  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary and to be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies across the company.
  • You will have the full support of a team of experienced marketers who will report to you, whilst you build close links with stakeholders and other departments within the organization.
  • Development, implementation and management of sales forecasting activities, targets and performance goals, coupled with inspirational leadership to achieve company objectives
  • Responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives set forth by the owner.
  • Review daily Studio sales performance and individual employee performance statistics. Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish behaviors and daily routines needed to achieve the organizations financial goals.
  • Ensure the successful execution of lead, first-time users, and guest goals.
  • Responsible for ongoing training to reach set benchmarks for guest conversion.
  • Accountability & performance management of monthly sales metrics and drivers.
  • Personal sales contribution towards the monthly sales goals. (Monthly goals are set by the senior management)
  • Provide facility tours, explain services offered by the facility, and enroll new members for new membership agreements or PT packages as needed.
  • Execute an effective prospecting and grassroots marketing strategy each month.
  • Assume responsibility for completing sales of staff members through the turnover process.
  • Ensures timely and consistent follow-up on all online, telephone, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Design, conduct & implement an effective training and development program of all sales and marketing staff in the organization.
