WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our organic channels - You will be responsible for scheduling + posting organic social posts on platforms, particularly – TikTok, YouTube, ,Facebook and Instagram, Snapchat - Lead day-to-day community management - listening, drafting and pitching relevant and fun responses to fans, talent, and partners in line with our guidelines and tone of voice, as well as identifying and escalating issues, and working alongside cross-functional teams to build responses - Monitor owned and earned social posts, flagging any opportunities, feedback, or potential issues - You will lead social asset management, sourcing and delivery - maintaining organization of those materials and approval process support - Support Social Manager in their day-to-day operations - Be part of and work with multiple cross-functional teams on planning and executing integrated campaigns and projects on social - Help to develop and manage content development with agencies and partners - Be flexible, committed, and willing to work nights and weekends as needed to maintain our social content calendar in our project management tool. Prepare and post content on platforms in an accurate, timely manner. Respond to comments from fans, identifying unique opportunities to elevate community conversations or work with our Customer Service teams to escalate fan issues when necessary.
