Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Make travel arrangements for executives
Transcribes drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos, agendas, minutes.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Prepares for monthly and special Board meetings; completes the CEO report, which requires input from all departments and is present to the Board of Directors
Provides administrative support for the completion of documentation of Board agenda items.
Provides transcription and dictation of Board meeting
Other duties as assigned.
