Order to Cash:
- Perform execution of sales cycle.
- Coordination with sales team.
- Prepare sale orders in software.
- Prepare sale Invoices in software.
- Prepare credit notes for sales return/discounts in software.
- Posting of receipts.
- Party ledger reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Assist in month end & year end closing.
- Any other task assigned by the manager of accounts & finance.
Procure to Pay:
- Perform execution of purchase cycle.
- Co-ordination with store & production department (Raw materials & Packing materials)
- Prepare purchase orders in software.
- Prepare purchase Invoices in software.
- Prepare debit notes for purchases return/discounts in software.
- Posting of payments.
- Party ledger reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Petty cash handling.
- Vouching and posting of cash expenses (Admin & Production).
- Assist in month end & year end closing.
- Any other task assigned by manager accounts.
Store & Production (Raw materials & Packing Materials)
- Perform inventory management.
- Coordination with manager production and manager accounts & finance.
- Maintain minimum stock levels.
- Prepare purchase requisition in software.
- Prepare GRIN (Goods received & inspection note) after incorporating & checking following documents and forward to accounts & finance department for further processing.
- Purchase order issued by organization.
- Delivery note issued by vendor.
- Purchase invoice issued by vendor.
- Exemption certificate / under-taking for non-deduction of withholding income tax & Import GD.
- Perform processing / conversion of goods in software.
- Perform physical stock taking & reconciliation of raw materials and finished goods periodically and on demand.
- Post inventory adjustments if there is a variance in physical and software.
- Assist in month end & year end closing.
- Any other task assigned by manager production and manager accounts & finance.
