• Greet customers as they arrive at and ask them how they would like to be assisted.
• Listen to customers’ requirements very attentively and provide them related information on available pieces and sets, offering suggestions, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Always communicate professionally in person, over the phone and/or through email, show their desired pieces and provide related information such as setting types, stones, cuts, and any associated discounts or deals.
• Assist customers in making decisions to buy jewelry by suggesting various alternatives and complementing pieces.
• Lead customers throughout the buying process (by boxing, wrapping and bagging their purchases and assist the cashier by providing all related information for processing cash and credit card transactions.
· Ensure recording of transactions accurately and as per SOPs so to update customer database. Do send out thank you notes, keeping customers in the loop regarding new products and promotions.
· Arrange windows, displays counters, and tables with merchandises on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured. Stock shelves, counters, and tables with merchandise and ensure that all pieces of jewelry are locked up in assigned storage palaces at the end of the day.
· Responsible for ensuring store appearance neatly clean and presentable at its best, at all times.
