Prime responsibility of Site Supervisor / Manager is to maintain quality, quantity & speed of all works assigned under his control.
All site related activities are the sole responsibility of Site Supervisor/Manager
All purchasing activities are also the responsibility of Site Supervisor/Manager for all items, until said otherwise.
Site Supervisor/Manager will directly coordinate with office.
A workable work schedule (Critical Pathway Method) should be prepared & supplied by the Site Supervisor/Manager to attain good progress of work.
A register will be maintained for daily jobs assigned, which will be available on each site at all times.
Work schedule frame work should be implemented in letter & spirit.
