- To sell membership of the club to potential customer.
- To ensure that they achieve their agreed Monthly sales target assigned by the management.
- Assist potential clients in selecting their membership plans with relevance to their needs.
- Assist in onboarding process of new members.
- To deliver excellent customers service to all club members and non-members
- Drive new memberships sales daily, weekly and monthly as per target assigned through multiple channels.
- Be dedicated to providing an excellent after-service through a positive customer service approach and regular follow up
- Perform additional duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- BBA or MBA
- Minimum 2 year of proven track record in Sales and Customer Services.
- Be proficient in English language
- Be a Self-starter and hold strong organizational skills
- A strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
- Be flexible in regard to club placement and club changes as per Management discretion
- Be target focused Industry
