Understanding of WordPress frameworks, popular themes and plugins.
Strong concepts of OOP
Proficient in PHP / WordPress Development
Perfect command over using Action Hooks and Filters with WordPress.
Ability to research and troubleshoot a solution independently.
Ability to create a step by step document and "How to" screencast for clients.
Knowledge of Github and Project Management apps/tools.
Knowledge of Google docs, spreadsheets.
Extremely organized and self-motivated.
Punctuality, loyalty, and dependability are required.
Strong Frontend Skills
Experienced building web-based applications and scripts with proven portfolio work.
Expert knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJs HTML5, and CSS3
Knowledge of Woo-commerce/Easy Digital Downloads/Membership/LMS Plugins is a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Ability to customize plugins and themes without hacking the core
Ability to provide design solutions, including plugin stacks
Ability to integrate 3rd party apps with WordPress
Linux operating will be a plus
Strong verbal & written communication skills
