A Real Estate Marketing company is looking for energetic Sales Executives.

Required Skills:

  • Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals. Also to communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
  • Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated business
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
  • Maintain proper customer data of all the calls, follow-ups and visits
