- Manage daily administrative operations and provide administrative support to staff.
- Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Responsible for maintaining company asset records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment.
- Petty cash management.
- Manage Admin / Purchasing databases and filing systems.
- Process Quotations, Invoices, and Purchase Orders. (Purchase management)
- Facilitate the onboarding process (Providing resources) for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Any other task assigned by the management/ HOD
- Manage In-house & outdoor company events.
- Responsible for assigning daily tasks to the administrative staff. (Housekeeping & Mess and other support staff).
- Update office policies as needed.
- Monitoring company vehicles, and logbooks.
