Procurement Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Procurement Officer to oversee all procurement related matters of our organization. The Procurement Officer is expected to possess extensive and hands-on experience of procurement matters in a multi-faceted working environment. The candidate shall possess sound knowledge of international procurement practices, especially of international organizations, donor agencies and governmental departments. Knowledge of supply chain management will be considered an added advantage and asset.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing all procurements in supplies and services through high quality, transparent and cost-efficient manner.
Ensuring proper cost analysis fulfilling procurement rules and regulations.
Developing plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
Providing comprehensive rate analysis of all procurements.
Ensuring transparent process of all purchases etc.
Maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
