We are looking for a dedicated WordPress Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their website design and functionality requirements, transforming these into effective, user-friendly websites. This role encompasses both front-end and back-end development, ensuring smooth integration of design elements, site architecture, and server management. Additionally, the developer will be responsible for ongoing website performance monitoring and providing client training to maximize the value and usability of the delivered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to gather and clarify website design and functionality needs.
- Design and develop the website front-end with a focus on user experience and responsive design.
- Architect and implement the overall website structure.
- Manage back-end operations including database handling and server integration.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored specifically to client requirements.
- Perform website performance testing to ensure fast loading times and optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any content or technical issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to enable them to manage their WordPress sites independently.
- Continuously monitor live websites and address any performance or functionality concerns.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a WordPress developer.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with back-end development, including database management and server-side integration.
- Skilled in creating custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Ability to conduct thorough performance testing and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and deliver training.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- This is an on-site position, facilitating direct collaboration with team members and clients.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
