We’re seeking a proactive and confident HR to lead our Human Resources operations in Lahore. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, employee management, HR documentation, and organizational development within a fast-paced, international business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screenings, interviews & offers
Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, headhunting, and networking
Draft and manage job descriptions, employment offers, and contracts
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exits
Organize employee engagement activities and events
Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality at all levels
Proactively seek new recruitment opportunities
Support management with HR strategies, company policies, and organizational development initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
2-3 years’ experience in the BPO industry and has done bulk hiring.
Confident in phone interviews and cold calling
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
High sense of professionalism and confidentiality
Adaptability to work in a BPO environment

Salary: PKR 60,000 to 90,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full-time
