· To manage and protect the relationship between the company and its CATV, DTV, IOC clients
· Maintained, updated customer databases and networked with stakeholders
· Accurate data input and maintenance of client information in CRM system etc
· Assisted customers with all their queries and complaints
· Prepared Quotations & follow-ups with the customers
· Performed tasks assigned by concern manager and reporting
· Receiving and processing of all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
· Able to Calls and do Telemarketing for the Firm
· MDU/SFU field visits with sales team
· Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual Sales performance reporting from CRM
· Regular Follow-up with sales leads given by WTL management
