We required a Training Officer

Core Responsibilities

Training of employees at all levels on soft skills
Training Need Analysis
Training Plans (yearly/monthly)
Training Design/Patrons
Training Contents development (all levels)
Skill developments/advancement Awareness campaigns
Conducting training at center/offices/sites as appropriate Related activities as assigned

Qualification

Attested Master’s/Post Graduate Degree in Communication/Education
Certification as Soft Skills Trainer

Experience

4-5 years experience of working in Training & Education industries
4-5 years experience of Soft Skills Training

Skills & Abilities.

Cheerful personality, confident in approaching people
Excellent communication skills- both spoken and written
Able to engage with participants, connect with them
Strong people management and leadership skills
Flexible and reliable- displaying great ownership in all aspects

Specific Requirement

Knowledge of training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and adult learners, and measurement of training results
