Key Responsibilities:

Manage and assign workloads, project timelines, resources, bug tracking, productivity reporting.
Manage entire project life cycle. Serve as single point of contact for new projects from initiation to completion.
Co-ordinate with different stakeholders / teams to get clarity on requirements and ensure completion of implementation activities.
Create and maintain project plan. Co-ordinate to complete branding setups.
Track project deliverable’s and ensure on-time delivery.
Document implementation process and procedures. Client portfolio management.
Previous software development experience is mandatory. Know Project Management Methodologies and tools especially Agile. ASANA, GIRA, MS Project.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and deadlines.
Candidate must be results oriented and capable of managing multiple engagements concurrently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail are must.
Strong time management, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
Ability to document process and procedures.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize effectively and handle priories professionally.
Command over office applications especially microsoft project plan, word, excel and powerpoint.
IT qualification background would be a plus.
