This is linked to the budgeting aspects of the role, in which the operations manager must manage margins, costs, budgeting and forecasting. Project delivery functions include delivery assurance, quality assurance, client delivery, and relationship management; while strategy responsibilities lie in ops plans and strategy support.”
The Company is engaged in life insurance, carrying on non-participating business. In accordance with the requirements of the Insurance Ordinance, 2000, the Company has established a Shareholders’ fund and following statutory funds in respect of each class of its life insurance business.
