The Creative Designer plays a crucial role in enhancing YetiTech’s digital presence by creating visually compelling and high-impact multimedia content. This role focuses on graphic design, video production, and motion graphics to support digital marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, highly skilled in content development, and proficient in industry-standard design tools.
Key Responsabilities:
Visual Content Creation
Design high-quality, engaging visuals for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
Create diverse content, including static graphics, animated videos, infographics, banners, and ad creatives, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement rates.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop assets that support lead generation, sales enablement, and brand authority.
Video Production & Editing
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including full-length case studies, short-form reels, promotional videos, and B-Roll integrations.
Develop engaging storytelling concepts that align with YetiTech’s brand voice and support both lead generation and brand building.
Ensure timely delivery of video projects, maintaining high production standards and effective use of B-Roll footage.
Collaborative Development
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create high-impact creative assets that drive revenue and support campaign goals.
Provide creative support for digital platforms, including UX/UI elements, landing pages, and sales presentations.
Act as a visual strategist, ensuring all creative work aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Content Management and Organisation
Organise and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library, ensuring all files are properly named, tagged, and versioned for easy retrieval.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure assets are consistently updated and optimised for ongoing campaigns.
Support efficient content distribution through platforms like Google Drive, HubSpot, and Apollo.io.
Multimedia Design & Advertising Assets
Design diverse content such as infographics, banners, carousels, and digital ads for marketing initiatives.
Adapt creative materials for different digital platforms and audience segments.
Project & Schedule Management
Maintain a content calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of all creative projects.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Trend Awareness & Innovation
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, emerging content formats, and AI-powered design tools.
Proactively propose innovative visual concepts that align with YetiTech’s marketing and revenue goals.
Regularly conduct competitive research to identify design opportunities and optimise creative performance.
Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency
Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistent tone, style, and visual identity.
Review and refine assets based on stakeholder feedback to ensure high first-round acceptance rates.
Support ongoing quality improvement by actively seeking feedback and refining creative processes.
Proficiency in Industry Tools
Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment on project goals.
Respond to creative briefs within 2 hours and deliver assets on tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Participate in regular creative brainstorming sessions to align visual strategies with business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in visual content creation, video production, or multimedia design.
Experience working with tech companies, SaaS products, or digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong command of graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
Familiarity with social media algorithms, advertising formats, and content strategies.
