We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Manager to join our Swabi-based distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial records, handling local retailer accounts, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping for all FMCG distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records for all sales, purchases, and operational expenses
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile inventory with billing records
- Liaise with the central accounts team at Younas & Associates HQ for monthly closings and audits
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in documentation for returns
- Support the operations team in improving financial processes
- Handle communication and collections from retailers as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping or accounts management, preferably in the FMCG or distribution sector
- Strong command over MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and handle field-level financial responsibility
- Familiarity with Swabi's local retail market will be considered an advantage
Preferred Qualities:
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills in Pashto, Urdu, and basic English
