We are looking to hire a Sales Manager for Real Estate project.

He will have to;

Be in charge of running and managing the sales team daily
Set target for Sales agents
Helping and guiding sales agents in closing a sale
Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered.
Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times
Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine sales goals.
Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements:

He should have at least 4 years managerial experience in Real Estate.
He should have outstanding communication skills.
