Zag Global is looking for Experienced call center associates who meet the following requirements:

Requirement:

Minimum 6 months’ experience as a telesales executive
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
The ability to follow scripts
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills/ customer service skills
Ability to work night shifts

Job Responsibilities:

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products
Understanding the products and services offered by the company
Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches
Updating the database with all the customer's information
Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them
Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently
Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers
Providing an excellent customer service to the customers
Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services
Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keeping up to date on all services and informing customers of new products/services
Answering customers' concerns/queries
Meeting sales targets assigned by the Manager
