Documentation Officer

Zameen.com is looking to recruit a skilled professional for its “Documentation Officer” post. The candidate selected for this position should be working closely with internal and external stake holders

Job Responsibility:

To receive and process the property documents of all ZD projects within defined TAT.
To enter and update the data of notarized units and installments receiving in CRM.
To report the discrepancies found in documents to Manager documentation for timely resolution of all such discrepancies.
To ensure that all the relevant information required to make an agreement is mentioned in SPA.
To ensure that the down payment is completely received as per payment plan when SPA is processed.
To dispatch the ready agreement documents to buyer.
Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's in business administration or equivalent degree.
Location: Multan.
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in documents handling and record keeping.
