Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth functioning, and efficient utilization of resources.
Develop and implement inventory control systems to manage stock levels, monitor product flow, and minimize discrepancies.
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient supply chain management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a culture of safety awareness, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize procurement processes.
Coordinate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management to implement innovative strategies.

JJob Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
Understanding of safety regulations and risk management in a warehouse environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
Knowledge of textile industry warehouse operations is a plus.
