We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
1+ year of relevant experience preferred (fresh candidates may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Good command over Urdu and English (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
