Zeal Communications is seeking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Center Executives for its new office.We are hiring 15 CSRs for our US lead generation campaigns

Job Description:

Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns
Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information
Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets
