Zee IT Services is an established high-quality IT services company serving clients in the United States offering Medical Billing Outsourcing service. We are looking for a passionate and energetic candidate for the Post of Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Qualification Needed:

Minimum Graduation
Minimum 1 year of experience in a US Based call center or a related sales position.

Responsibilities include:

Sell medical billing / revenue cycle management services to the USA doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
Engage potential clients who contact us on our website, email and or social media handles.
Generate Leads from cold calling and email marketing to the US based clients.
Generate Leads from paid/unpaid marketing promotions on Facebook, LinkeIn and other social networking websites.
Receive incoming calls.
Answering potential clients' questions and sending additional information via email.
Closing sales and achieving sale targets.
Network with healthcare providers using various channels (online and phone).
Create business development materials or tools.
Manage our corporate social media account sharing the promotions, events and content published on our website.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Work under minimum guidance.

Job Skills

Excellent in English communication skills both verbal & written, spoken English in American pronunciation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software would be preferred.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
