We are urgently looking for a Senior Wordpress Developer with the following requirements:

Summary:

Will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing software solutions to addresscomplex business issues, and providing technical leadership within the IT department. Theapplicant must be able to thrive in a highly collaborative workplace and actively engage in thedevelopment process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing and leading a objectives within a team of WordPress Developers
Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of theCMS
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working themeand plugin.
Ensuring that all external websites are running and functioning.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience using Elegant Theme’s theme builder, Divi
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,jQuery
Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent styleacross platforms and browsers
Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
5+ years of experience in developing and managing WordPress instances.

Bonus Skills: Git, Agile, AWS, Azure
Candidate must have excellent communication skills, in both English and Urdu.
Very Attractive Salary package.
Timings: 3:30pm to 12:30am Monday to Friday
No late sittings
Weekends off
NSTP, NUST Islamabad office
