Project Coordinator

ZEPCOM is a leading technology consulting and services company working with clients in North America and Western Europe. We aim to provide high value services to our clients by synergic technology and business acumen.

Our recent growth in enterprise e-commerce and big data consulting business units have created a few openings in our Project Management Office. We are looking to induct 2 Project Coordinators to help facilitate project deliveries to our clients.

The Role:

· Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by understanding and identifying the clients’ software development needs.

· Maintain and foster a positive relationship with clients that supports their business growth. Communicate with clients regularly through calls/emails to manage their expectations from a technical standpoint (project estimations, timeline, debugging, QA and feasibility).

· Manage client requirements, issues, problems and technical support requests to their satisfaction and in a timely fashion. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by referring issues to product specialists or development teams.

· Work with sales to develop and maintain a service delivery plan that aligns with client values and goals. Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders regarding product and project information, supportability issues, and strategic service delivery plans where appropriate.

· Work with software developers, Quality Assurance, technical staff and senior leadership to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide detailed status reports to clients and management team. Lead service delivery to clients on projects right from requirements gathering and regular coordination during project duration, to post-delivery follow ups and support.

· Be a part of standup meetings and supervise regular workflows. Coordinate with internal development and support teams for seamless projects delivery. Ensure developers understand project requirements, follow coding standards, and designing the software architecture to best fit client needs. Ensure that developers are updating code to the SVN regularly and that code confidentiality is maintained.

· Bring in new ideas to solve issues that will help the company to improve productivity, reliability and work ethics.

The ideal candidate would have:

3+ years of experience working as a Project Coordinator
Very good with requirement analysis and estimations
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Team working abilities and a Can-Do attitude
A degree (Ideally a Masters) in business or IT majors
