We are currently seeking motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our products and services, and closing sales. You will have the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule while targeting businesses in the USA. Your primary objective will be to convince potential customers to purchase our cutting-edge merchant payment machines, enabling cashless payment options.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to businesses in the USA, showcasing the benefits and features of our merchant payment machines.
Contact to lead provide and create own contact lists with potential customers’ details listed.
Work towards Sales targets.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Engage potential customers in persuasive conversations, addressing their concerns and highlighting the advantages of adopting cashless payment systems.
Understand the specific needs of each customer and provide tailored solutions that align with their business requirements.
Close sales deals by negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team and provide regular feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the payment solutions industry or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your own time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making calls.
