Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying manages relationships with suppliers for fruit & Vegetables.
- Monitor market trends, weather patterner's and sessional availability to make perform purchasing decisions.
- Negotiation pricing with vendor’s according to market and ensure timely supply.
- Maintain accurate records, to purchases, supplier performance.
- Make sure vendor reconciliation with Accounts.
- Daily checks on receive products and handle any issue related to quality or compliance.
- Ensure all produced complies, with food safety regulation and internal quality standards.
- Maintain supplier relationship.
- Visit Site to understand their requirement and ensure to supply dispatch accordingly.
- Make sure vendor shall submit their bills on same day or maximum next day for timely billing.
- Make close coordination with Head Office to record all P.Os in REP system on line.
- Prepare rate comparison with all aspect.
- As & when required visit of Head Office and other F& V market.
